How to make Amendments or add a Special Request to your booking To make changes to your booking: First log in at http://www.footballtournaments.com/admin.htm Click on the Accommodation tab and submit your amendment request by altering the Revised Accommodation Requirements section to represent your new requirements, adding a Special Request if needed. Then click Save Changes. On receipt of your amendment we will act according to your requirements. Please note – at this stage your amendment is a request only and can take our staff up to seven days to process. We do not post copies of your new invoice, and will only contact you if the requested amendment is not possible. You should log on to your account shortly after making your request to check the status of your tour and view & print your new invoice. Please note: All correspondence from us is by email. You must add an email address to your file before you can make any changes. Please add a valid email address to the Booking Summary tab for this tour. How to make a cancellation To cancel passengers: Login to your booking and click on the Accommodation tab. Change the adult and child passenger numbers in the ‘Revised Accommodation Requirements’ section at the bottom of the screen, amending your room arrangements to suit. Add a special request if necessary. Click Save Changes. R & T Tours will make the necessary changes to your booking, altering your accommodation to your new arrangements, subject to availability. How to add passenger names to your booking Login to your booking, then click on the Club Members tab. Click Add New at the bottom of the screen – this will give you ten spaces. Add your party members by title, first name & surname as requested on screen. Add dates of birth by using the drop down boxes for players only. Then press Add New for another ten spaces. Continue until you have added all your passengers, then click Save Changes. PLEASE NOTE: To make it easier for you to administer future tours, the Club Members names that you add here will remain as part of your file forever. They only appear as part of your booking if there is a tick in the ‘On this Booking’ column. For future tours, to save time typing in your members names you can simply place a tick in the On this Booking column, or you can click remove if the persons are no longer part of your club. To make changes to passenger names only: If you have entered your party members names on our website and a change occurs in name only, please login to your booking and ensure that you amend the names on the Club Members section (as explained below) of our website, then save your changes. Remember: This could affect the team players section also. Name changes can only be made up until 4 weeks prior to your booking. From the Club Members section: Locate the person who is no longer travelling in the list, and remove the tick in the ‘On this Booking’ column. This will remove the person from the booking, and from the Room/Units Accommodation tab – their name will still appear in the list however as they can be used for future tours. Click Add New at the bottom of the screen to add the replacement person, fill in the relevant boxes, then click Save Changes. You would then need to update the Room/Units Occupants tab to ensure the replacement person is situated in the correct unit.
